Our expert educator team bring a wealth of experience to the Life Ed program.
With undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in teaching, nutrition and sexual health education, and varied backgrounds in academic research, and even performance, our educators are specialists in their field. Educators present core knowledge and skills in a fun, interactive and age-appropriate manner.
Stationed in different regions right across Queensland our educators travel more than 130,000 kilometres each year across the state, and reach in excess of 200,000 children. Our educators are the heart and soul of our organisation.
Elise has been working with Life Ed Queensland since early 2021.
She completed a Bachelor of Nutrition degree in 2020 and has worked as a primary school teacher aide for eight years.
“If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life,” says Elise.
Brad has been working with Life Ed Queensland since 2014. He holds a degree in teaching and is one of our specialist sexual health educators who delivers the Talk About It program.
Brad works with students to explore the concept of identity, develop safe and respectful relationships, and understand and manage the physical and emotional changes that occur during puberty.
